What are the delivery costs?
For shipments within France, delivery is €2.89 by tracked letter and €5.25 by Colissimo. Delivery is free for purchases over €50.
For the European Union, tracked letter shipping is €7.15, and Colissimo is €14.25.
What are the delivery times?
Once your purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
We ship your orders within 1 to 3 business days after purchase (up to 7 days for customization). You will then receive your tracking number.
La Poste will deliver your package in 1 to 3 business days for France.
Can I go underwater with my jewelry?
Our silver stainless steel jewelry is water-resistant and perfect to accompany you at all times!
Our gold stainless steel jewelry is fine gold plated. They are also made from stainless steel, covered with a thin gold plating. To ensure that the gold plating does not get damaged, avoid exposing the jewelry to water, perfumes, alcohol, or any other substance as much as possible. If exposed to any of the above elements, the gold plating will tarnish slightly over time.
