Return policy
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you can return your items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package. Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, simply send us an email to the following address manacreationsbijoux@gmail.com to inform us of your return.
Please note that returns are only accepted at the address mentioned at the bottom of the page; we do not accept any returns to pick-up points.
Please note that the following will not be accepted for return:
- Worn or damaged items
- Customized items
Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, and this packaging cannot be used as the shipping package itself. Only CAREFULLY returned items will be accepted. Unfortunately, if these points are not respected, the return will be refused, and the refund will not be issued.
Return shipping costs are entirely at your expense. Once your return is processed, you will be refunded to the payment method used during the order (credit card, PayPal, or gift card). Shipping costs are not refunded. We only refund the returned product(s).

IMPORTANT: please carefully keep the tracking number provided by La Poste. Without it, we will not be able to open a claim or refund the item if the package is lost.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service at manacreationsbijoux@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged order upon receipt of your package and your order number within 5 business days (from the receipt of the package); after this period, no request can be considered. In this case, your order will be replaced and shipped again as soon as possible, and you will receive a new La Poste tracking number by email.
